Replaces My Communities and Community Pets. The resident home page (/resident) as residents at the selected property see it, shown inside the property manager's portal. Below this strip is the resident mockup from handoff 1, unchanged.

The resident's own header, the My Pets strip and anything else about the viewer's own pets are hidden. The greeting uses the property manager's name.
Everything else works the way it does for a resident: booking a training call, contacting a service provider.
New: this strip, which only property managers see. It holds the property's short link and QR code for sharing the page with residents and on signs. It scrolls away with the page; the section menu then sticks to the top as it does for residents.
